Pastor Tom and Ann Osborne
Pastor Tom is a life-long Oregonian and has ministered in Coos County for the past thirty years. He has served in a variety of positions including youth pastor, worship pastor, Associate pastor, and now as the lead pastor of The Refuge. Pastor Tom has been credentialed with The Church of God, Cleveland Tennessee since 1995. Pastor Tom enjoys Music, Camping, Football, and hanging with his family.
Pastor Ann was born in Redding California, but has lived in Oregon for most of her life. She has served alongside Pastor Tom for the past thirty years. Pastor Ann enjoys worship, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Pastor Tom and Ann Have two amazing kids, Joshua and Calen and three even more amazing grandchildren Addy, Judah and Zion

Joshua and Veronica have been side by side for over nine years. They both grew up on the Oregon coast and have worked with youth and young adults serving God where He has called.

Joshua loves to worship, play his guitar and on his down time he enjoys watching movies with His family.

Veronica enjoys photography, videography as well as web design.

Joshua and Veronica have three children , Adaelyn, Judah and Zion. They also have their lovable dog, Zoey..

Joshua and Veronica have both been credentialed with the Church of God since 2015.
Ed and Becky Schurman
Ed grew up in Western Montana, moving to Oregon in 1992. After 27 years, he finally likes the rain. He met the love of his life in 1994, and married Becky in 1996. They were an instant family of seven. He was a Logger/Timber faller for many years and currently works as an Automotive Technician. Ed loves worshipping the Lord, his kids, six grand kids, and the outdoors. He has a heart for reaching the broken and the lost.

Becky has lived in Coos Bay since age three. She has worked as the Social Services Director at The Salvation Army and currently works for the State of Oregon as a Personal Support Worker. She enjoys helping people and seeing God change lives. She enjoys camping, the Redwoods, the beach, and card making. She loves her family and friends.

Together, they tease that they have a child named Celebrate Recovery. It’s their joy to serve this ministry and the precious people in it. Celebrate Recovery is their “Forever Family”.
