Pat & Jan Wright
Pat Wright
​
Bishop Pat Wright entered the ministry in August of 1980 as a Youth Pastor in Haverhill, Massachusetts, where he served for five years. He then moved to Ayer, Massachusetts where he was Senior Pastor for four years. In September of 1989, he moved to St. Louis, Missouri, as State Youth and Christian Education Director. He has served the Church of God in this position in four other states: Indiana, Pennsylvania, California/Nevada, and Virginia.
In 2010, Pat joined the Ohio Office to merge two large offices to one, retool the district model to a more relational and effective Regional model, and relocate the operation to Columbus. He is active in youth ministry speaking in various settings such as local churches, retreats, seminars, youth camps, and Camp Meetings as well as the National Camping Conference, and the National Youth Leaders Association Conference. He is active in the community, serving on various committees and coaching youth sports. He attended West Virginia State College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting. Additionally Pat attended UMass-Lowell, Lee University, and most recently the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. Pat has always been passionate about sports, and the lessons they teach about life, specifically being a Christian. He continues to thrive on being the husband of his high school sweetheart, father of Zach and Josh, and Pops to Penny
Jan Wright

Jan Wright was instrumental in the development of two small group mentoring strategies in the Alaska/BC Region for Youth and Children’s Leaders. She stepped into the role of Women’s Ministries Director of Ohio after the untimely loss of her dear friend and mentor. Jan served as the Media Director of Ohio, as well as taking a significant role in the merging and leadership development of the Youth Camping program. She has ministered in Youth Camps, conferences, bible studies, schools, and various seminars and local churches. Her goal is to foster growth, community, and relationship among women in ministry. Mom to Zach and Josh and “Mia” to Penny and Fiona are her greatest joy.
Randy & Sheila Wills
Randy & Sheila Wills have been involved in full-time ministry for 34 years, and between the two of them, have worked in many roles: Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, Administrator, Staff Assistant, Worship Pastor, and Children’s Pastor. Throughout their ministry, whether on paid or volunteer staff, they have focused on small group discipleship within the church. Their current church, Father’s House, isn’t a church with small groups; it’s a church OF small groups. Their combined vision is to make disciples for His Kingdom.
Randy Scroggins
24 years ago pastor Randy and Lisa Scroggins began the adventure of a lifetime.Together they submitted to the call of God and actively pursued, “ONE MORE SOUL” Together, they have seen over 2500 souls won for the kingdom in
this last 24 years. Randy and Lisa also believe, “THE BEST IS YET TO COME.”
Trevor Hefner
Trevor Hefner has been a credentialed minister for eleven years. He has served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and as a member of the Pacific Northwest youth board for the Church of God.
He is also a hospital chaplain, licensed by Church of God chaplaincy commission and is also a peer support, professional credentialed by the international critical incident stress foundation.
Trevor has been the lead pastor at Family Life Center Church of God for five years.
